What is Guardian Angel Rapid?
Rapid is the mid-range Guardian Angel Service.
Like the Guardian Angel Emergency Hot-Line service, it allows you to raise an emergency call to our emergency hot-line at any time, day or night.
All emergency calls are recorded, time and date stamped for evidence, and assessed by highly trained bureau staff.
Working to strict protocols, our bureau staff then inform the Emergency Services and/or your employer as appropriate.
In addition, if you judge that a visit is potentially high-risk, you can create a Guardian Angel Visit and record details of where exactly you are going to be. Creating the visit also starts a pre-defined countdown timer.
If your visit is completed without incident you can cancel the countdown, but if the countdown reaches zero, Guardian Angel Rapid will attempt to contact you, and if it does not get a timely positive response, an automatic escalation process begins.
