How does Guardian Angel Emergency Hot-Line work?
If you are involved in an accident or feel that you are in danger, you can raise an emergency call to the Guardian Angel Emergency Hot-Line by pressing the pre-programmed speed dial on your mobile.
The Hot-Line will answer and start recording the call. The recording will be assessed by our highly trained bureau staff against strict protocols and a judgement will be made whether to refer the matter to the emergency services or to your employer.
In either case, your circumstances, details and location will be provided on the most accurate basis available.
