What is Guardian Angel Classic?
Classic is the top-level Guardian Angel Service.
Like the Guardian Angel Emergency Hot-Line and Rapid services, it allows you to raise an emergency call to our emergency hot-line at any time, day or night.
All emergency calls are recorded, time and date stamped for evidence, and assessed by highly trained bureau staff.
Working to strict protocols, our bureau staff then inform the Emergency Services and/or your employer as appropriate.
And like the Rapid service, if you judge that a visit is potentially high-risk, you can create a Guardian Angel Visit and record details of where exactly you are going to be.
With the Classic service you can also schedule visits 24 hours in advance, create multiple visits, enter the visit start and callback times and select a callback number to use. During a visit, you can also extend its duration or escalate it.
To provide you with additional security, a User ID and Pin are required to access the Classic service.
If your visit is completed without incident you can cancel the countdown, but if the countdown reaches zero, Guardian Angel Classic will attempt to contact you, and if it does not get a timely positive repsonse, an automatic escalation process begins.
